Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Our company offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days (about 5-7 business days to be delivered). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will be shipped out by shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties, and taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

If there is a problem with your order or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange/ return it within 15 days, a credit on your account, or an exchange for another item of the same price. We will do whatever it takes to make it right.

Please note: Shortage, discrepancy, or damage in a shipment must be reported within 2 business days. Please do not discard any boxes or wrapping supplies until the issue is resolved.

To ensure full credit, please keep in mind these important points when returning an item:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship, and insure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend UPS or the US Postal Service insured mail) to:

  • Product(s) should be:

    • Returned within 15 days from shipping date,

    • In good condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, parts, and accessories.

    • Received in sellable condition.

  • Shipping charges are refunded only when the wrong product was shipped or the product was defective upon arrival.

  • All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.

  • All free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned as well to receive credit.

  • When buying in case, but return less than case quantity, the refund price will be calculated using the next higher price level.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to US NAIL ZONE.

  • All authorized returned items are subject to a restocking fee.

  • A 25% fee may be charged upon inspection.

  • The customer is responsible for 2-Way Shipping charges.

  • No returned on: Gels, Lacquer, Liquids, Powder, Sale items.

  • US NAIL ZONE is not responsible for color variations or differences from your computer for the following items: Gel Polish, Lacquer, Dipping Powder and Matching Sets.
